A Gathering for Bereaved Parents

Join us for a heartfelt and healing gathering hosted by Angel Baby of Patchogue, created for parents grieving the loss of a child. 

With guest speaker Cat Mayor — a psychic medium, spirit artist, facilitator and teacher of energy healing and spiritual development, also a bereaved mother who lost her oldest son — this evening offers compassionate connection, creative therapeutic expression, and gentle tools to help process and heal deep emotions. Cat’s journey through the loss of her son and other close loved ones has only served to deepen her belief in spirit and the enduring connections we hold. Her work creates space for peace, renewal, and shared understanding.

Parents are welcome to bring a supportive friend or family member to share in this experience.

The Art of Spirit

The Art of Spirit is an online gathering designed to expand and strengthen our energy and to help us step into our power.

Beginning with a short meditation to set our collective intentions and tune in to our higher knowing.

This is a relaxed group atmosphere with the intention to connect to our oversouls, guides, loved ones and our collective energy through joy, sharing and creation.

Get comfy and bring whatever medium you’d like: canvas, sketchpads, paints, markers, crayons.

All levels of spiritual or artistic development welcome.

Healing Grid Workshop

A very powerful & creative process of healing and release, assisting us in stepping forward into the new.

I look forward to sharing this experience with you, it is truly one of my favorites!

A Grid of any type is an amplifier. These healing grids are tools we create personally through connection to our higher selves, relating to our soul’s growth and potentially where we may be stuck.

Helping us to identify and clear that which holds us back or to focus upon that which we are bringing in. They become charged as they merge with our energy and with the placement of crystals upon our intentions, we will amplify our wishes to the Universe!

We all have things we would like to improve in our lives;  Be it within ourselves, our environment or our daily experiences.

By exploring the workings of energy, manifesting and the setting of intentions, a guided visualization to assist in identifying and clearing we move into the creation of our very own healing grid personal to the individual soul’s growth, though typically we will feel a running thread of connection within the group.

A practice grid board and crystal are yours to take home and use again and again.  Materials will be supplied.

Creating with the Intuitive Soul

Experience a colorful blend of intuitive and therapeutic art techniques designed to support release, healing, and soulful self-expression. In this workshop, we draw from a variety of creative methods—including gentle release practices, energetic shifting, and mindfulness—to help you soften old patterns and open space for new stories to emerge.

Through guided creative exploration, and a different experience every time, you’ll tap into the wisdom of your own inner landscape. Freeform drawing, flowing lines, mindful mark-making, and other expressive tools invite the mind and body into a state of calm presence. As you create, you’ll engage in a process that supports emotional regulation, personal insight, and the transformation of stagnant or heavy energy into something new, meaningful, and beautifully your own.

No artistic experience is necessary—just a willingness to explore. Whether you’re seeking grounding, creative freedom, or a deeper connection with yourself, this workshop offers a nurturing space to unwind, reflect, and create from the soul.

Intuitively Guided Crystal Workshop

Heart Opening and Hands On workshop!

Each recipient will take home some wonderful and fun knowledge and a crystal of their choosing.

We will discuss, explore and tune in directly to these beautiful beings. Learning how to choose, cleanse, charge and discern messages and wisdom for ourselves.

I have created a custom worksheet to assist you in your journey, you can use this technique again and again.

Plenty of crystals on hand to view and touch, and pieces on hand for additional purchase.

In Home Reading Circles

Friends gather in your home for a short opening prayer followed by 15 min readings per guest.  Psychic and Mediumship.  For soul growth, healing and support from Loved Ones.

$50 per person, minimum 5, maximum of 10 people per group.

Host/hostess is free with 7 or more paying guests. Mid-Suffolk locations only or added travel fee depending on location.

In Home Group Energy Circles

Friends gather in your home for a short meditation followed by 5-10 min empowerment sessions on each guest.

Intuitively guided utilizing Usui Reiki (works with the Chakras) and Integrated Energy Therapy (works with the Meridians)

$15 per person, minimum 5, maximum of 10 people per group.
